When you go through what is unquestionably one of the toughest days of your life, it's a bit remarkable who is there for you to stand with you to deal with the aftermath. After a traumatic birth injury that was caused by malpractice, the attorneys at Rosen, Louik, and Perry were there to help obtain justice for my daughter. They stood beside my wife and I as we fought for our daughter and obtained justice for her injuries. As a parent of a child who needs around the clock care, it's a tremendous relief knowing that should something happen to her mother and I, she'll be well taken care of for the rest of her life. I want to particularly single out the work of Mr. Rosen who maintained an open line of communication and answered every single inane question I had. The relief he and his team were able to give to me was enough to inspire me to come to law school so I can help others the way they helped me.

JON PERRY IS A VERY WONDERFUL ATTORNEY, AND IS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING TO HIS CLIENTS. I NEVER KNEW MR. PERRY PREVIOUSLY AND LOCATED HIM IN THE PHONE BOOK.
I HAVE REFERRED MR PERRY TO MANY OTHER FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS AND WOULD NOT HAVE ANY HESITATION OF UTILIZING HIM AGAIN.

My husband and I went to see Neil Rosen about representing us in a medical malpractice case in 2010.  My husband had a tumor removed and the biopsy came back as benign yet a year later the tumor grew back and this time the biopsy came back as malignant.  Neil was incredibly knowledgable and understanding about our situation and so kind with us; he returned all of our phone calls and emails within a couple hours and he always kept us updated on our case.   I have never had more confidence in someone that I was depending on and not for one second did I think we weren't going to win our case.  I highly recommend Neil Rosen and the firm of Rosen Louik & Perry to represent anyone with a medical malpractice case.
