Just terrible. Went to them because they accepted my employer's legal benefit. All they had to do was take my wills and related documents from another state and rewrite them to be PA compliant. Started the process in May and now it is late August. They went 2 months with no contact after the initial discussion. Then, after I asked if I needed to find a different firm they scheduled a call on 7/23 and told me everything would be wrapped up in a week. Today is 8/19 and I still haven't heard from them.
