Nice hotel and friendly staff. This hotel is set up for conventions. It has lots of facilities and lovely large rooms. Everything about this place is big if you don't use the valet parking and have to park in a far corner of the car park it could be a 25 minute march back to your room. It has good security and lovely grounds to explore. Be warned don't go paddling in any pools around the hotel and if you have a round of golf and hit one in a pond leave it the alligators won't give them back.

Beautiful Property, lovely "adult quiet" pool area and separate family pool area with sand beach. Excellent spa services if you are looking for a relaxing "Spa Day". Didn't hear any nuisance noises from other rooms. I was able to fully control the temp in my room, where most places have limited temp ranges on thermostat. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic conference venue. Very expansive property. Clean, courteous & well managed. Extensive list of dining options from buffet to casual to fine dining. I'm always frustrated when venues offer no food/beverages, etc after evening conference meetings/events. Rosen doesn't disappoint, as they have offerings until 12am & beyond (hot & cold, fresh or pre-prepared). Pool area available as well for extended hours. Plenty of room to spread out, countless spots to sit & relax, congregate with others or sit quietly and get work done. Charging stations available. Staff was amazing in every encounter I had. Definitely recommend for business or pleasure (with or without family).

Absolutely, hands down, one of the best of the best as for accommodations, and ACTUAL resort-type experience, professionalism, customer service and (best of all IMO) comfort. I was upgraded to a "Grande Suite" for free, simply because the room was available! Came with a living room, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, office desk, dining room, etc. THE WORKS!! I've stayed at other so-called "resorts" in the area, and this one simply takes the cake. The others are nice, but still, I'll take the comforts of home over a resort that tries so hard to keep up with the times that they miss the mark in almost every other area... I can't praise this resort enough!! I'll certainly be back soon!!

This is a very large hotel with a tremendous number of rooms. It seems aimed squarely at the conference or convention market and has a great deal of space devoted to that. The rooms and commons spaces were generally large, clean, and seemed recently decorated. However, the room definitely had a "no frills" feel to it. They were not particularly well-appointed in terms of furnishings, just typical hotel style. The hotel features several restaurants and bars. But it was a bit disappointing to find out that all the restaurants close at 10 PM. (This was on a week night.) The conference spaces were very large and took quite a while to navigate and oddly had a very sparse sprinkling of rather small bathrooms. It was quite a hike to get from a meeting room to a bathroom. The hotel was almost completely deserted when I stayed for a small meeting, but if a large convention had been going on, I imagine the restrooms would be very crowded. Finally, the hotel features what looks to be a very nice golf course, that unfortunately I could not play on.
