Second time coming here and I absolutely love it. The hotel staff is very attentive and responsive to the needs of guests. The hotel is located in the BEST location! It's attached to a mall!!! The rooms are nice, spacious, and super clean. You'll love it here!

I got charged an extra ~$40 ($20 per day) at check-out for "hotel fees", which was really aggravating...no mention at check-in or reservation, just a nasty surprise at check-out.  Fees were for non-sense services that weren't even used.  SHADY PRACTICE! - I would have given 4* had it not been for this slimy treatment at check-out.

Hotel was fine, nothing special.  It's in a weird location, behind a shopping mall.  Close to interstate and major roadways which makes the local travel easy.  Quick trip from airport.

Rooms were fine, a little worn, but did the job.  Relatively clean.

Hotel was gorgeous, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were in good condition. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet, either full or continental all options are wonderful. The only downside we had was we all (4 of us) found the mattresses quite hard. Woke up with hip and/or back pain and tossed and turned a lot. If you don't like a hard mattress see if they have others available.

Not a bad stay here, but certainly a few things lacking. It's clearly an older place, but has been well maintained and is kept reasonably clean. Location is not great, it's attached to a mall which I suppose might be good for some? Otherwise you're a fair distance from anything. Nowhere to walk to nearby. The outdoor pool and spa is nice, but the fitness center is very basic, and no changeroom for either. Overall, a good place to sleep but not a great place to hang out.

The Florida Hotel is a great option for affordable clean and comfortable stay in Orlando. I have been staying there every time we go to Disney and I have saved a lot of money enjoying the convenience of the mall and restaurants that surround the hotel. It does look a little old in certain aireas such as the hallways the tubs and the elevator but their beds are above and beyond comfortable and the place is extremely clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
