I just came from Ross Dress for Less in Rapid City SD and can not believe what I put up with in the store. While in line to check out there were between 25-30 people in line with only one cashier! I waited in line for at least 35 minutes before getting to the cashier to check out and not one cashier came to help the lone cashier. Several people left the store before purchasing their items. The store was not busy and there were other workers in the store walking around. The cashier stated to another customer that everyone was on break. HOW LONG IS THEIR BREAKS!!! The cashier, Krista, was friendly and working her tail off to get through the growing line. I will not return to this store! Pathetic!

The store is always messy, there doesn't seem to be anyone around to help. When I checked out today, Brenda, was very rude. I was the only one in line but she seemed to want to finish some stuff she was doing so I waited. She finally called me forward, I set my items on the counter and then we waited some more. She didn't say anything, she just kept doing what she was doing to the clothes in front of her. She finally said hi and that was about it. She was very huffy puffy, maybe she was just tired because of day light savings time, idk. If I encountered Brenda everytime I shopped, i would not return.

i was not happy with the selection of clothes,,was not many in my size and some of the sales associates do not have good customer service

Avoid this place like the plague!! Staff is worse than useless and very condesending. Was returning an item I purchased a a little over a week ago never used and still has the tag on it. I was informed that because it was on sale they would not honor the price I paid for it and would only give me back the sale price. Total bs and the manager refused to even walk up and talk to me about it. I have given them a lot of business in the bast but that ends today!!
