First place I've seen and bought seeds for herbs.  Always good folks to extend kindness while checking out at their assigned station.  I live across town but knew I'd find a pair of ski gloves to keep my hands warm while shoveling the driveway drifts.  Even this late in the season!  Great place to shop. I have been shopping here since they came to Rapid City. I admit I’m not a frequent shopper at Running’s but I do buy certain items on a normal basis. When we had problems with a weed whacker the staff was helpful in getting it repaired. I haven’t run in to any problems when purchasing products. However, recently, we tried to return two saw blades that did not fit our saws, of the two staff; one was very rude and obviously did not want to deal with us. Her personality was very obvious, one of rudeness, condescending, and hostility. 
I am of Native American descent and don’t throw that around but I couldn’t help but get the feeling this was an issue for this person. The cost of the saw blades wasn’t the issue, it’s just we didn’t need them. I mentioned this to her. In the end, I didn’t appreciate the way we were treated and left. I don’t go where I don’t feel welcome. I understand overall one person doesn’t mean anything to them but I have decided I will not shop at Running’s again.

One manager walked away from me in front of other customers when I was negotiating a return of a shirt that shrunk after 1 washing. I used to shop there all the time but won't anymore.  Wrote to store manager & never heard anything.  Apparently they don't care about loyal customers.  All my horse & ranch friends will hear about the poor treatment I got. I was reasonable, never got angry, & was respectful. The guy should be fired.

Worst customer service. Couldn't even get greeting or help in the firearms department.  Asked for info on purchasing a firearm and got a rude response and a stare down 😂. Need to have your "cashiers" be more helpful to non white customers smh. But anywhoo 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
