This location always has a good selection of items and it's always pretty organized. The customer service is good, but sometimes you can tell the employees just don't want to be there that day, but that only happens on a rare occasion. Usually they're friendly and will ask if you found everything you needed. The dressing rooms are always clean.

The Ross on Barrett Pkwy is definitely not the nicest Ross I've been to, but they've got some great fancy dresses, but you've got to have the time to look for it
