This incident happened November 2017. The way I was treated as a valuable customer at the New York &Company at Cumberland Mall in Smyrna Ga. I purchased a dress this year and they forgot to take security tag off went into the store to explain to Angelica that said she was the manager about the security tag was left on my dress she said I need a receipt because it could have been stolen now I’m a card holder why would I steal. I’ve been shopping with this company since 2012 before I even got a card. I’m very disappointed she tried to dishonest my character. I have not heard back from this company regarding my issue. I had to YouTube on how to take the security tag off and damage my dress a little.

I am PISSED. I went into the store and they didn't have the pants I wanted in my size. The woman that works there said she can order them and they'd be shipped to my house for free*. She verified my address twice.. well it's been well over a week and I check the tracking number that was emailed to me and the pants were returned to the warehouse because they left off my apartment number even though the woman "made sure" my apt number was on there.. I call support and said the apartment number was no where on the billing and shipping address they had. She said they were going to refund my money and if I wanted the pants again I had to pay the 17.00 in shipping. WHATTTTTTTT?! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RETARDS AGAIN.

Went in for some jeans. The main girl working (I get the impression she was a manager), was a little snotty. I arrived right as they were opening and possibly interrupted her training a new associate. Either way, she was rude, and a little aloof with simple questions. A little surprised as I've usually had great service there.
