Terrible company! Customer Service by phone is a waste of time.. hours and hours on hold, multiple dropped calls.. terrible! Cancelling your account is impossible!

Visit #2:  ok I thought my first visit was great HOWEVER, my second visit was even better!  XAVIER CLOUD IS THE BEST SALESMAN I'VE EVER HAD!!!!  He was patient, kind and has an excellent eye for fashion!!! Thanks to him I will be SHARPLY DRESSED for my sisters wedding!!! AND he saved me a bunch of money, taking full advantage of all the sales going on!! I'm so grateful for his service! 

Visit #1:  Bobbi and Patrick in the Men's Suit Department  are AMAZING!!!  I was able to exchange what I bought online for something better and CHEAPER!  Go see them you won't be disappointed!! Thank you gentleman!

I had a pair of shoes that I wanted to exchange for my 16 year old she had worn them only once and the heel material was already peeling. I approached a woman in the shoe dept. and she rightaway  said we don't exchange or take back shoes that have ever been worn. I have been a Macy's charge customer for about 20 years I've very rarely returned things so I knew this was not their policy but working in retail too many years I knew not to get upset. I don't abuse return policies but these were $100 shoes granted with the coupon or marked down 63 dollars. She said she would get someone else and thank you for Anthony he showed true customer service understood my situation and was nice to exchange the shoes  and I'm sure there was no major loss especially since I will remain a loyal Macy's customer. That's because of you Anthony. There is still hope in the customer service world.

The customer service in the perfume dept was excellent.They treated me great and with much respect.
