Service dog friendly, to me this says a lot about a store and the management/employees!! Best Ross is at Bayfair Shopping Mall. Even the security there is nice, friendly and helpful. The employees are great. I wish I'd written down names, but there's one lady there who is out of this world kind. She's also very honest, I've asked her numerous times if an outfit looked good on me and she'll answer truthfully. She helped me pick out my Christmas outfit, nothing I would buy. But I looked Great, because of her. Thank you Bayfair Ross!!

Not the most organized store but the staff is so pleasant and helpful. Each time I go, I see improvements.

Each Ross Store is hit-or-miss for anything in particular. But if you are open-minded about a deal on any level, you could be in luck.

WHAT A MESS!!! I have been waiting for this store to open and I was so excited yesterday to see that it was open. Walked in and woo I was so disappointed. They took a long time to rebuild it and everything was brand new but as soon as I walked in the door there were shoes EVERYWHERE all over the floor, clothes all off the rack piles on other displays. Nothing on the shelves where they should be. Broken merchandise on the floors. Wow the Walmart next door is more organized. What a shame!!  Having a Ross in my area was something I was looking forward to, I guess i will continue to go to the Bayfair or Alameda stores. Fail please get organized and clean up that horrible mess.
