Worst customer service ever!  They answer the  phone and  instead of can I help you they say HOLD!  and don't come back for 20 minutes.  If you go to the drive through some times they act like they don't see you and  ignore the bell.  This Walgreens in Castro Valley is the worst.  I even called the manager twice.  Also the pre requisite to work there is  to be RUDE AS HELL in the pharmacy.

Nice store, wide selection.  Only one cashier so the line was really long. Not good for a Friday afternoon.
