I wanted to love this place- but I just don't. I frequent discount stores often for their good finds and plenteous deals, but this Ross barely has anything in it! I am usually going through tons of stuff to find the perfect dealio- but not here. I can look in the store and see exactly what I don't want. When I think of Ross I think of getting lost amongst hundreds of different pillows and candles. You'd be lucky if you found ONE pillow. I would like this Ross a lot better if it were better stocked.

Why? Customer service. The good: Met a gentleman by the name of Kevin who assisted me in taking out my items (3 Carts Worth) to my car. As a single female trying to move into a new space alone, it's really nice to know that chivalry isn't dead. He also gave me an honest opinion about what jewelry looked good on me and what didn't! Who doesn't love a man who is trying to help you look your best! The bad: The jewelry department does not even have a mirror!!!! I mean they have something that resembles a mirror if you were 4 inches tall and only want to look at your eyes. This Ross locks jewelry that retails as low as $5.99. Why? Who is going to steal jewelry that's $5.99? I just want to look at it! The purses are secured with not one but two anti-theft devices, one of which is so difficult to get off that it may in fact damage the bag it is trying to protect. Please don't ask the manager for help because she will just point you in a direction of something that does not exist. I asked to purchase bins to organize my things and instead of showing me where the bins where located she just said "they are in housewares." Hello, wild goose chase. Have you ever seen housewares in a Ross? Ross is notorious for it's random chaos! Which is why I love it. However, I do not like when you turn off the lights while I am shopping. That's not very nice. I know you want to get home, but why am I going to ever go back to this shop? There are so many other stores out there!.....But I might go back to see Kevin ;)

This Ross opened last year, and has been a disappointment ever since. Compared to the others in the area, their selection is very poor and never enough cashiers. Lets not talk about the appearance of the employees. Most look as if the literally rolled out of bed and thru the door. I did notice one gentleman on my last visit straightening the housewares last night. I understand the nature of the store is that it will be disheveled, but I dont believe I have ever seen it in order. Big disappointment for the Woodbridge area.

Long line 45 min wait, only two registers open #3 isis and #5.Nala 6:35am 4/2/16. No leadership on site. No sense of urgency :( This Ross compared to the Ross in Springfield Old Keene Millard. Suks, merchandise is worst then Other Ross I been to in area. The Layout suks to! Come on Ross y'all can do better how about same merchandise and layout as Springfield Old Keene Mill Ross! I know y'all can do it!

They have terrible customer service. It seems they all hate their jobs. You can stand in line for hours and non of the employees care to serve you. They really need good customer service training or get fired. They behave like their doing you a favor by selling to you.
