This place is okay, they have a hard time being organized, most of the times things are everywhere and not where they should be, especially bras. Shoes are a little scattered everywhere, I don't find a lot of cute stuff when I come here, but when I do, it's reasonably priced. They do have some good treats from other countries by the register and some are pretty good.

Selection is spotty and always seems like items of any name brand are of an odd color or have some sort of defect. At times, however occasionally it may be, a treasure can be found.

Ross has great prices, yes. But of all the Ross stores I've been to, I feel like this one is dirty. They clothes are fine, but the floors and the feeling of the store just feels dirty. There are always clothes on the ground, and the shoes are always really messy, and there isn't much organization to their household stuff. There are dressing rooms and bathrooms, and the parking lot is large as it's part of a strip mall of stores. There are also fast food places really close.

Manager was standing in the back of the store by the dressing rooms during the peak hours. Took nearly 1 hour to get to the customer service desk, with only 3 people ahead of me, because the manager's login was required for most of the exchanges and returns but he wouldn't wait to see. All I had was a question and he told me to get in line at the customer service desk. The poor cashiers were swamped and the one who finally helped me looked a little peeved that his boss sent me to him when the answer/approval had to be given by a manager anyway... and guess what... the answer was that I had to get in the general line which went from 0 customers to 12. When i got to the cashier she didn't know how to enter the payment and we had to wait a good 15 minutes for another cashier to help because the manager went on break. I give 0 stars for management staff and quality of service and lack of training. 4 stars for the cashiers who ultimately helped me but they were extraordinarily slow for this time of year, which comes to an average of 2 stars. I have only had negative experiences at this particular store.
