I never done a review in my life but because of the horrible experience I got from this store I would like to share with anyone who is reading this. My wife was shopping at the store, very happy. However because she and her friend have grap too much stuff they can't carry. With no shopping cart in sight they put the stuff into a dillards bag. She wasn't sneaky or try to do anything because she have no intention of ever stealing. Everything was going fine until the manager came and spoke to her and her friend  that she can't do that. It was a honest mistake and she apologize for. After that the loss prevention person came and interrogate my wife some more. He was extremely rude and lack of anything human empathy. The very first thing he said to my wife is " do you want to go to jail.... never come back". He said more things but you guy get the picture. He walked her out of the store and she felt so embarrass. Everyone was looking at her. When I came home from work she was crying and told me what happen. I got so angry for the false accusation and the injustice that happen to my wife. She never steal anything in her life. She never have broken any laws in her life. She felt so wrongly treated. I went to the store with her and with every intention to get a apology from the store. The manager didn't even want to listen to me and get try to get the cop to arrest me. Then kicked me and my wife out of the store. I am so angry right now. We done nothing wrong and this is how you treated a paying customer. I hope that this shop go out of business because of the way they treat their customer.

I will never shop at this place ever again. The service is so bad and they treated me like I was some shoplifter.my friend and i spend more than $800 in less than 2 hours. Because I got so many things on my hand and it was heavy I put things in the bag. by doing so I didn't know that I review as a shoplifter. I never steal in my life. I got kick out of the store and was told to never return after I pay for my items of course

Rude & unprofessional employees! They even are not qualified to work in Walmart! They obviously hate their jobs! So mean and they look jealous! I am not kidding! I never saw this in any other dillards! I thought I am walking in family dollar!
