I use to work this store and honestly worst job of life, the managers dont know what they are doing, and the main boss is unqualified for his job never actually helps out in the store just sits on his butt all day while his store is being run by idiot managers, and top it all off they never told me i no longer work there no call nothing, i found out i didn't work there because i wasnt able to long on to my employee sites to check my schedule, the removed my ID number and password from the system without a heads up, let me know i wasnt going to be working there anymore. If you decide to work there just dont if dont sell enough jcp credit cards they will cut your hours majorly, that store is a waste of space put something different and take it down.

So i had been meaning to go back to the jewelry dept for a care protection issue but busy life hadn't allowed it, so I thought I had plenty of time Saturday evening , well when I actually got to the counter it was 9 pm on the dot. The gal working was Lynn, what a gracious and helpful person. She not only stayed late to help with my concern, she let me see and buy an item I was interested in from the showcase, all with an awesome attitude. Thank you Lynn for reassuring me there still is 5 star service out there.

Every once in awhile i have a bad customer service experience. Usually, the staff is great. I mostly order online though and pick up in store when necessary. They could improve on the online store pick up process. Usually have to wait forever. Overall, I enjoy their members benefits and shopping is easy for our family of 6. They always have good deals.

Really hard to get through aisles which were trashed. Every cashier full and super slow.
