We in to buy my daughter her first bed. She graduated from a day bed to a full. The sales man was wonderful. They had a lot of beds to choose from. Not only that he gave me a great deal. We have been here before to buy a dinning room table and had the same experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy furniture. They will beat any body's price and you'll get great customer service.

My sales persons name is Steve. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Very patient in looking up different types fabrics available and options available for many different brands of couch. The store has exactly what I want but they cannot ship to Texas. I have a home in Mexico. It is easier to have things brought across the border at Laredo. Steve spent almost an hour with us and knew we could not buy from him. Amazing! Thank you so much Steve.

We shopped around for a recliner and I must have sat in 100 chairs before we found the flex steel recliner at Rosso’s. Junior was very pleasant to work with and did not push anything. He was very knowledgeable about all the brands we were looking at and the options available for all of them. Once we decided to get an all power model he was very gracious about closing the deal. He even arranged delivery for both of them in Santa Cruz for the same price as local. We would go back to them in a heartbeat next time around. Great job Rosso’s and Junior!

I found a loveseat that I’d been looking for on Rosso’s website on clearance. I called to see if it was still available and it was! I went the next day and bought it. Sales people were friendly, (not overbearing or pushy) knowledgeable and fast but very patient. I got exactly what I wanted at an amazing price. The delivery was great! The guys were friendly, clean and efficient! I couldn’t be happier with the entire process, THANK YOU! I know where I’ll be going for any furniture needs in the future...Rosso’s!!!

I want to give a special thanks to Keith for helping our friend and myself first look around almost through the entire store for the items we were looking for. He was very patient with us while we talked, and tried things out. He let us decide for ourselves what was best and within our budget. Now I know we didn't purchase anything when we were there early in the morning shopping around in the store but we did let him know that I needed my husband to see everything first so that he could agree or disagree with our choices. So we told Keith we'd be back now whether he believed us or not that we would be back that I don't know but as a salesman I'm sure he's heard it all. When we came back in the afternoon we specifically asked for Keith because he was very patient and kind to us so my husband agreed with everything we picked and we purchased all of it thanks Keith for the great experience.
