We were waiting for this Gem restaurant and bar to open up in the heart of Brentwood. They are still putting together the finishing touches but we dropped by for the soft opening and the menu selections are enormous. We tried the squash spaghetti and the Matteo chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. Portions are on the bigger side with reasonable prices. Will drop by again as soon as they formally open their bar and doors to our community. Thank you Rosti!
Have visited three times, each time the food has been great. Each time the service has been impolite. I tried again tonight with a take-away pizza, which was delicious, but I was asked to wait outside in the cold while it was being cooked, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Friendliness and being made to feel welcome are huge draw for me and unfortunately this hasn’t been the case here
We are so excited to have Rosti finally returned to Brentwood. We ordered a bowl of minestrone w/o added salt, thin crust pizza bianca with addition roasted pepper topping, and the signature Rosti stone pressed chicken with sautéed spinach and mushroom. The minestrone is so yummy and the request to hold the salt was honored. The pizza is baked just right with generous toppings. I especially liked the fresh ricotta cheese as that helps with my low sodium diet tremendously. The chicken tasted very juicy, and the sides are all cooked perfect. In particular, the spinach is very tender and not overcooked at all. We sat in the booth near the opening to the patio with plenty of fresh air. Everyone enjoyed the lunch and we will be back to try out the newer items on the menu.
New location. A wide variety of delicious plates, many vegan menu, quite tasty, very friendly if still learning crew with a cozy atmosphere....and reasonable prices......better make reservation Vegetarian options: A wide variety..... vegan too
I went with 3 family members and all our food was delicious. So great that they have GF and vegetarian menus, since it can be hard to find a dinner place that my whole family can eat at lol. Photo is the pesto chicken, very tasty zucchini on the plate was a veggie side dish, doesn’t come with the entree. I ordered the linguine clams in white wine sauce which was light in flavor but filling as a dish no photo because my photo of that was a failure lol. Hostess did a great job as well. I’m not from here so likely won’t be back but I would recommend this spot.
