Plumbing at my rental duplex plugged up at midnight.  I was traveling abroad, but able to schedule a first thing AM visit the next day on-line.  I called their 800 number to confirm.  They showed up in the morning as promised.  Their plumber, Jeff I think, did an excellent job and really cared about doing the job right.  I'd definitely recommend them to others and loved their logistics options and organization.  Thanks to all the scheduling staff and Jeff!

Wow talk about fast and friendly service.  These men were tenacious in finding my drainage issue. And went above and beyond to help me. Thanks guys.  It was pretty hot out that day and they stuck with it.

Called this company on a weekend, they sent somebody to do a free estimate within 2 hours. The price was reasonable and the work was done right away. Would definitely recommend them.

Our On-site for the property that Roto Rooter serviced said, "Roto Rooter is the Best!".  He was very happy with the results of both the servicing of the interior drains and then the servicing of an exterior water line break.
