My Roto Rooter guys name is Jon He was very polite, courteous, and professional.   He was very helpful and giving me tips to help keep my toilets in better shape. He knew what he was doing  which made me feel more comfortable about having him in my house. I will use them again next time I have a problem. Thank you Jon you did a great job.

We are so appreciated of the services provided by Jon!  We truly thought we were going to have to tear our tub and walls apart to remove whatever was blocking our drain.  But he saved the day!  Jon was very professional, helpful and explained everything he was doing.  We highly recommend Rotor Rooter and Jon!

I called at 8 a.m. on a Saturday because my floor drain in my basement laundry room was not draining. The young man on the phone said they could be at my house within the hour. Two men arrived at 9 and were done by 9:30 a.m. My morning was back to normal in no time at all. I now have them in my phone! Prompt, fast, and affordable. I am very pleased!

We had our sewer back up in our basement the Sunday before Labor Day. We live in Hurley so we were a little nervous we wouldn't find anyone that would be able to make it out here. I was so happy they were willing to drive the distance, they made it within a couple hours even with another job before ours. The guy that came out was friendly, efficient, and quick. He had it unclogged and flowing again within a half hour of showing up to our house! I would definitely call them again or recommend them to a friend! Thank you Roto-Rooter for getting us up and running again!
