I had Richard out in my house to help me with a drain problem. Turns out my 40 year sewer line needed to be replaced. He did a video camera of the line and showed me that it was basically gone. Richard offers me different options starting from basic drain cleaning up to a full replacement. I loved how he didn’t pressure me into my decision and was very knowledgeable. Price was high, but was well worth it considering that my house looked cleaner after Richard left then before him. Thank you for making it so painless.

Don't use this service. I called them out to fix two clogged toilets the plumber pretended to snake one and told me I had something stuck in the toilet. So he couldn't get the snake to go all the way in. He cleared one toilet and asked for 250 dollars. I asked if he could snake the house since I had to pay 250. While he pretended to snake the house. I used the same snake that he had left protruding from my toilet to snake the toilet that he claimed had something stuck in it and cleared the clog myself. I also used them last year. The plumber over charged and did not complete the work. I am still waiting for Brennen to come and fix the concrete he destroyed on my property which was supposed to be included in the cost I paid for.......

Placed service call to office, problems with toilets in both bathroom, service tech arrived on time as promised.
Service tech reported one toilet need to clear sewage line under the toilet, the other need minor repair. Asking $250. I said no and price drop to $172 immediately.
I agree the service. Half hour later we have to call him back because the second toilet had problem again with water keep running non-stop. He asked for another $400 dollars to replace the toilet.
I said no and asked for refund because he fixed only one toilet but he got angry and start yelling and using offensive language. I ask him to leave and call office but still waiting for an explanation from the office.
I am going to dispute the charge with credit card company and Discount Plumping will have to talk to me about a reasonable charge for a half job.
This is a scam in my opinion. I gave one star because the service tech came on time.

Thank you Brennan for clearing my kitchen sink!  Also, thanks for telling me all about the chemicals I had been putting down the drain and what I should not do in the future lol!!!!!  

You have a new customer for life and I sincerely appreciate all of your help ;)
