My condenser when out on my ac and I was 2 months past warranty and the owner still covered it! They didn't have to do that. And the worker was very professional.

Great company if you like to be gravely overcharged for their services. Guy spends 3 minutes in the house to clean a flame sensor and a bill for $153. I even bought the steel wool for the guy to use to clean it. I diagnosed the problem on the phone before he even came out. Worst customer service and no compassion for losing a customer. If your heat goes out...call someone else...do not call Frazier Co.

We've had a furnace/ac maintenance contract with The Frazier Company since 1988. Their service and employees are exemplary. They react quickly to emergency situations and provide professional, on-time service. The Company also has a plumbing division. We highly recommend The Frazier Company.
