We had a plumbing emergency and they were fantastic! A burst pipe thanks to the freezing temps, they paged the on call guy and Troy called me back fast! He was courteous, respectful and did great work. Troy got the restoration team in as well to assess water damage and the manager Billy came out at 10 pm to our home! His team came in the next day and setup equipment to dry our walls, each of them were courteous and pleasant as well. Daily checks at our convenience and friendly service. Would definitely recommend and call again if needed!

Roto-Rooter was very professional and quick! I called on a Sunday morning and Troy was out to my home within an hour. He was very professional and explained in great detail what was going on with my pipes as well as hot water heater. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and using them again in the future!

I requested an appointment today to resolve plumbing and sump pump issues via the online scheduler. Within an hour, Victor (217) contacted me and stated he could be at my house within 30 minutes. 20 minutes later, he was there. When I took him to the affected area, he was immediately able to diagnose and resolve the issue. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. In addition, he took a few minutes to provide us some pointers as precautionary measures if this were to occur again. And if that wasn't enough, he took a quick look at the sink house of our faucet (which was leaking), tightened it and said if we called Moen, they would replace the hose at no charge. I would definitely recommend Victor (217) to a friend or client.

My daughter used WAAAAAYYYYY too much toilet paper and about 5 days later nothing would work. I called Roto-Rooter and Troy was out here as quick as possible. He explained everything and even let my daughter watch!! I will 100% use them again in the future. Great customer service from the person answering the phone to the person coming to your door!

Troy was fantastic. I called in a panic at 10 PM on a Friday and was put through to Troy. He walked me through finding my water shut off valve when we heard water leaking inside our wall. He was early to our apointment and explained everything to me so that I could understand my options. Troy was professional, kind and I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home. I am 100% satisfied with the service we received and will use Roto-Rooter and ask for Troy if we ever have another issue with our pipes. Thanks Troy!
