We were having some appliances installed and noticed we couldn't do it due to water valve issues. Peter was our tech and did an outstanding job. Not only did he fix all of our water valve issues, he also noticed we had a leak in our hot water tank. Needless to say, a simple fix turned into an 8 hour project. He really took his time to make sure not only the issues were fixed, but that they never occurred again. We now have a piece of mind knowing our basement is secure from any water damage. I would recommend not only this company, but Peter to come out and fix any issues you have. very happy with them!

Very happy with the service and the quick response. Was hesitant to go with such a big name for the repair since I thought I'd be out an arm and a leg, but pricing was very fair. More importantly, the technician (Jonathan 3403) that was sent out walked us through the process of the repair and answered all of the questions we had. The thoroughness of the work done by Jon today really put into perspective how incomplete the original work done by a friend of a friend. Well worth the little bit extra money for the difference massive difference in the quality of the work. I would use their services again.

Highly Recommend them when looking for a Company who treats you as a person not just as a customer. As well before starting the job explaining in detail what they will have to do in my case my sump pump. Then I was quoted a price I was unable to pay what they told me but they worked it out and I got my Sump pump in and is running. Thank you and Great Job you Satisfied me 100% I highly recommend them when coming to any services regarding plumbing. Thanks again for doing such a Great Job.

Saturday, March 4 Peter, Tech#709, came to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He ended up having to remove the vanity and repairing a pipe in the wall. Long story shortened, one fix led to another problem to fix and Peter was very professional and patient. He did not leave until everything was repaired. And he cleaned up. I was very satisfied. Peter is a valuable asset to your company.

Very happy with my service. I would definitely recommend to anyone having a plumbing problem. The plumber Robert was very polite and explained what needed to be done. He also explained what he found in the pipes which were tree roots. He was quick and cleaned up after himself.
