Today started off having to make the dreaded call to have someone come out and look at my hot water heater. If someone had to tell me it needed replacing I am glad it was Kyle (3269) and Howard (4285)! They were professional. efficient, worked quickly all while being friendly and polite. They were honest and did not try to up-sale me; patiently showing my son & I how to relight the pilot light and courteously cleaning up everything even the floor since it was wet outside today. I told them they were welcome back anytime as long as no bill was involved!! Their staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

I've found that this company is the easiest to work with. This was the third time Ive had them come out for different issues around the house. They come out quick, don't charge extra for nights/weekends, and get the job done without any issues. They even honored the price they gave me 3 years ago even though prices had gone up. I recommend them to others all the time.

The whole process was handled in such a professional manner. Eddie came out to diagnose the problem. He was great to deal with and helped us every step of the way. The crew that came out to replace the septic line were amazing as well. Matt, Rudy, and Brandon worked late into the night to finish such a BIG job in one day. Thank you to such a fantastic group of workers that helped us get our water flowing again. Without all your hard work my family would not have had such a Merry Christmas!

Had a birthday party last night and went to clean up after just to find the kitchen drain clogged. Call Roto Rooter and Manny came out quickly the next morning and clear the drain pipe within about 30 minutes. Professional, courteous and no mess. Thanks!
