Excellent customer service. Workers were very helpful and explained what they were going to do. They were very professional and cleaned septic tank , hydro jetted and televised leach lines. They then told me the condition of the septic system. Their quick response was greatly appreciated and would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anybody. Thanks again for your excellent service.

Excellent customer phone service. Technicians came out faster than what was expected and there hours are fantastic as I would of expected most places to be closed by 5. I called at 5 and within in hour a Tech was there. There hours of service are much longer and later than I had expected. They also do not charge for a service call or to come out to see what needs to be done and will only bill once the work has been completed. I had expected a possible charge for just coming out and then being such short notice and later into the evening. The technician was friendly and informative. They worked hard to resolve the problem and even though it could not be immediately resolved, they came back out again to do a more extensive excavation work. Each person was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would use them again for sure based on the experience I received.

They came right away on a Sunday and fixed everything and was super helpful and informative. He was the most helpful person to have had a pleasure to help us out! Thank you!

My experience with the plumber, Mark, was excellent. He was polite and friendly, and explained exactly what he was doing and how much it would cost up front. He left our bathroom as clean as he found it. My only complaint is with the pricing--the use of the power snake was going to cost the same figure if it took 5 minutes or two hours. Mine took 15 - 20 minutes total including clean-up, so I didn't get as great a price/per/hour as if it had taken longer. The service itself was excellent, though.

My sump pump burned out and my basement flooded. I called at 2pm on a Saturday. At 6:30, still no word so I called again, and then yet again at 7pm. Finally a man came, installed a new sump pump and the water started to drain but very loudly. The next day I checked and the new sump pump had been installed on top of debris. When I removed the debris, the pump was no longer crazy loud, but didn't seem to be suctioning anymore either. Also, the old sump pump was still in the crock and was jammed against the new one, not allowing the floater to actually float. Although all of my belongings were in totes, many tipped and I lost tons of precious memories and will be unable to afford the quote to get the basement professionally cleaned.(Roto Rooter sent someone to quote) I'm a single mom and now I have to take more time off from work to have them come back out and remove the old pump and check to make sure the new one is still working after the suction was blocked and somehow find time to get the rest of my stuff out of the basement so I can start the cleaning process. The nightmare continues. I gave them 2 stars because tat least he new pump did get the water out.
