We had our bathroom completely gutted and remodeled back in February. I wanted to wait until the newness wore off to write the review, and frankly, the newness hasn't worn off yet. Our entire experience from top to bottom was fantastic. Lynette really worked with us to choose appropriate fixtures while helping us control our costs, and once work started, Frank and James were top notch. They were very personable, explained everything, were CLEAN with a capital C, and of course, the work was first-rate. As with any project of this scope on a 60+ year old house, we hit upon some unforeseen circumstances, and they were dealt with swiftly, with minimal delay to the overall timeline. In our case, Frank and James had to call in some reinforcements to deal with said issues, and every one of those gentlemen had the same professional attitude and skills. We couldn't be happier with how our bathroom renovation turned out, and we tell everyone that it was AP that did the job for us!

I was out of town and my wife who is very trusting and naive to home repair calls AP plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink; non-emergency weekday/daytime. She is told $430 to repair the clog and approves the work. They snaked the drain and were done in about an hour. The job was done however I feel they took advantage of her. I'm disappointed and will not use them again. FYI a high end snake can be purchased at a big box store for less.

This company provides Excellent Customer Service. We had a minor residual problem, and Mr. Merritt who is very knowledgeable came out to fix it expeditiously. Thank You!

The business tells you up front that there is a $50 fee just to come out but don't worry, if you get work done the fee is "waived". They charge inflated prices for service so no matter how quickly the job goes the fee is fixed. I had to have a main line snaked and a sump pump drain snaked. The cost was $800. I was getting the work done because we are selling the house so I just had the work done because I felt under the gun. That's on me. I should have just paid the $50 vig and told them to leave. I will never use them again and I will warn all my friends to avoid this business at all costs. Oh, and just to give you context, I had two basement drains snaked in my old house, which took about the same amount of time, for $175. Do not use AP Plumbing.
