We scheduled an appointment for 8 to 10 the night before.... NO call NO Show, we had to call them back at 1015 to see what was going on. Finally the guy shows up in a plain pick up truck. He had a uniform on but I had no idea they run around in personal trucks. I asked for a estimate to see what I was looking at because I was paying out of pocket... the gentleman acted like he has never heard of this.. just wanted my to sign up for their financing and check my insurance policy... I finally had to get ride with him and told him if he can’t give me an estimate than he is wasting his breath. He can move onTOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. I would never call these crooks again. I’ve still yet to hear back from there plumbing side of things. I just figure the Apple don’t fall from the tree

I had been trying to deal with a clogged main drain myself. I contacted Roto-Rooter and they had someone out the next day first thing in the morning. They called ahead of time to be sure I knew the technician was on his way. Ron who was my technician was very nice and appeared to know what he was talking about. I watched him do his job and asked many questions during this time. He answered all of my questions and not once did I get the impression I was bugging him. He did a great job and even called his field supervisor out to talk to me about additional work that might need to be done. They both were great and my drain is clean and running very well. I am so appreciative. Thanks so much for a great experience.

I scheduled an appointment online for the next day between 8 and 12. They called me at 8:30 and let me know he would arrive within the hour. My technician was very helpful and fixed everything and much quicker than I expected! I would highly recommend them if you need plumbing work.

Our sump pump failed and they came out and replaced it. They were professional, answered all my questions, and took care of it. I'm happy!
The water damage restorers are working on the rest of it now.  Thanks!

Mike Phillips came to our house to help us with a clogged drain and he was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.  He gave us hints as to how to keep the drain from clogging in the future.  It's the first time we have had a service call that felt more like a friend helping us out.  Thanks Mike!  You're the best in our book!  Carol & Jim
