I had a very slow draining sink in my bathroom and the plumber immediately was able to take care of it. He was very knowledgeable and personable and polite and put me at ease. I had a slight issue with a kitchen faucet that came with a lifetime warranty and it was taken care of immediately. He was in and out in less than an hour. Can't think of a thing he could have done better. I am very pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but then, I've been pleased with them for m a n y years and service was wonderful as always!

Tree roots  had invaded our sewer line at a seam in the clay pipe and clogged it. We got a couple of estimates for a long-term cure (lining the pipe with an epoxy lining) and decided on Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the work because their price was competitive, their estimate was for a lining that covered the entire length of the clay pipe, and they offered a 10 year no-clog warranty. The people that performed the work  were prompt, considerate, and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was completely satisfied. Seth came on time. He dressed and spoke professionally.  He was very personable. Seth was knowledgeable about my plumbing problem and worked efficiently. I felt comfortable having him in my home.

Your guy has always been punctual,,but more importantly, comptent, and respectful of our house.  I definitely recommend him to my friends.
