Rouge Salons provides make-your-day makeup, any day of the week. Created by noted television and film makeup artist Rebecca Perkins and actress Stephanie March, Rouge provides a glamorous escape for every woman any day. We strive to offer the highest level of beauty knowledge, product, and service at an affordable price. Located in Soho and in Midtown East, we're ready to give you camera-ready looks for every day!

I had heard and read about Rouge NY, and decided to try them out Halloween night. There's tiered pricing, the amount depends on how much of a makeup application you would like (the basic option is called "You, Just Better"). For the holiday, Rouge NY was charging a flat fee of $90, for a one hour session. 

The process of setting up an appointment painless. It is possible to book online, but I called and asked a few questions. The day of, didn't have to wait around, the appointment time was honored. The person applying my makeup listened and really tried to follow the look I was going for. 

I would suggest bringing in multiple photos of a look you are going for, so that there is a visual point-of-reference. Sometimes we think we are being clear with wording, but having an actual image to look at can really clarify things.
