Located in the heart of SoHo, Sam Brocato Salon is a trendsetting, industrial-chic style destination. Recognized in NY magazine’s “Best Of” two years in a row, we offer a diverse team of artisans who specialize in a full range of services to achieve your every hair and beauty goal. Our styling and cutting department has a proprietary system developed from hair mastery techniques both classic and modern. We also offer smoothing, waving, curling and extension services that allow us to individualize each look we create. Ashley Moore did a flawless color transformation for my hair today! I went from dark blonde with blond highlights to a mahogany red mix. I knew I wanted the dark brown and red, and she worked her magic to make it perfect for my skin tone. Ashley was friendly, engaging, and made me feel gorgeous. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking to have fun (or just look fantastic) with their color and style! Karen also did my brows to coordinate; she was personable, knowledgeable, and clearly talented! I loved my experience and will definitely return.

I'm a model and I'm picky about my hair cut. 
Damien Carney at Brocato salon cut my hair. He was amazing as usual. He was professional, suggested lots of great ideas for my hair and my face shape. I liked that I never felt pressured. He took his time from start to finish. The result was fabulous. For the first time my hair was easy to manage because of the great haircut. Its been 4 weeks and still looks great ! 
I would recommend this salon and Damien to anyone. Book up quickly appointments go fast.

I have been going here for years, first for a cut once every few months, now also color every 6 weeks. This is a neighborhood place with competent but not amazing stylists, the lure is its convenient location and relatively reasonable prices. Ordinarily I would rate this place 4 stars. However, I had my hair colored recently then went away for 2 weeks, whereby 5 different people said my hair was too dark and looked weird. I had always told my colorist to keep my hair to its natural color with highlights, but my eye sight is not so great and not until my friends noticed did I look closely, and my hair is a monotone black, without the variation in browns and reds that it has always had. Unfortunately, once back in the city I called Sam Brocato to have it fixed but because it is outside the 2 week timeframe to complain, they will charge me and not fix their mistake. I will take my business elsewhere, and am perplexed that they would so easily give up a loyal customer.

Class all the way! 
Elegant salon wonderful people and amazing customer service...I went in for a color correction last minute appointment on a Monday evening in desperate need of help and Cody made me fell so much better after talking me through every step that he was doing in order to restore my hair color and its health...amazing salon highly recommended
