Dr Dyke was amazing. He thoroughly explained the procedure (getting a new crown) and friendly throughout. Melissa the dental hygienist did an amazing job with all of my tarter build up. I actually had a phobia of the dentist prior to this appointment. Perfect staff. Would definitely recommend!

The dental cleaning I received was absolutely stellar, as the dental hygienist is skilled and thorough. My one star rating stems from the fact that I explicitly asked the receptionist whether I owed any money to the office, and her response was no. Thus, when I received an additional invoice 2 weeks later, it confirmed my suspicions that these people are simple extortionists. The icing on the cake was when I received my dental explanation of benefits, to realize they claimed 50% of my insurance limit for the year (by charging the insurance company that which they already charged me!). You're better off taking your business elsewhere - they need you more than you need them.

Everyone from entering the door to having the procedure done to paying and out the door was courteous and happy to answer any questions I had.  

Dr Sara Herman was exceptional/outstanding.  She did a very good job of alleviating my anxiety about being at the dentist. Dr Herman did this with her step by step approach to explaining the procedure.  She also kept me in the loop as to what was going on during the procedure. 

Costs covered and not covered by insurance were discussed after the exam/analysis.  It was made clear how much the out of pocket would be.  Payment options were discussed as well. 

Despite my anxiety when visiting the dentists' office I was extremely happy with my visit.  Highly recommended!

Dr. Sara Herman has the patience and vocation to treat her patients with respect and courtesy. She is very gentle and kind. I highly recommend her for your dental needs. I will never change her, because she explain everything and inform her patients. The staff are very nice, I did not had bad experience.

Charge way to much. Bad communication, I had an attitude from at least 2 out of 5 ppl I talked to. They tried telling me I needed deep cleaning that was way over priced. I went somewhere else and they straight told me this place was just trying to get what money they can from because this was not needed. Never thing back here again.
