Mission

“Trust is the centerpiece of our business,” says Mr. Rouzati, a native of Isfahan, an ancient central Iranian city with a proud and storied history reaching back to the 10th century. “We have been in business for nearly three decades now and I dare say we have achieved that trust with our customers along the way because rugs are what we do. Rugs are what we know. Many of our customers, most from the North Shore, come to us through word of mouth.”
“When the consumer buys a rug from us it is not as if he or she were buying an apple at the grocery store. An apple is an apple. An orange is an orange. We are not selling a commodity. We are providing the consumer with a rug that is unique. It is one of a kind, like a work of art.”
