I had an order to remove my tint windows on my car, I removed it and came here to validate that I did indeed remove the tint. The female officer was very professional, with just the right amount of friendliness and smile applied to me during this stressful ordeal ( FYI She is the redhead, blue eyes, mid 30's, yes she left me with a great impression) . All was smooth and went very well. I have to admit, after reading the reviews here, I geared up on preparing for the worst......but my experience was more than fair, AND I wasn't talked to like I was a freeloading non working non tax paying citizen .SOME officers tend to do when they are in a power position ( I call it SDS.....small dick syndrome) Just being honest people. I hate being talked to like I just murdered someone when being given a warning ticket!

Report a theft incident. Made me waited on the phone more than 20 mins. Told me there will be officers calling me before coming over. Afters hours of waiting no called was received. I am not going to wait for another 20 min on the phone. I am now concern about the safety of residents of Richmond.

They has refused me to get a copy of my police report. They said that they are still investigating about the incident even no one is taking care of the case for many years. I also called 911 when I was assaulted. Police officer didn't care and treated me poorly. He just told me to go home. After that I submitted my statement, doctor's letter and picture of blues, but they still didn't do anything. What they want to hide? Their neglect or corruption?

Not helpful. I called the emergency line to ask if being filmed by somebody without your permission is legal but she was like 'are you sure you were ? You need evidence' How can I have an evidence ? I asked her if the text conversation is good enough but then she was like no.. I have to convince the person in the Convo to come to them like hahahahaha why would that person will put herself in danger ? No wonder people hate cops. I feel bad for people who don't get helped and live miserably!
