I cannot speak highly enough of this jeweler. Sherry and her team have been absolutely amazing for a very customized order, and the entire experience has been a breeze.

We came to Royal Design for our wedding bands, as they were recommended by a friend. The quote was a good 25% below what other jewelers estimated - even though all of them quoted us slightly smaller diamonds. 
Even if the price was not enough, the friendly in-person welcoming and warm interaction definitely won us over. 

The custom design process was a breeze - complete with sketching out the ideas, 3D modeling of the rings, wax cutouts to ensure we like everything before casting - and finally, the end products, which look beautiful, unique, and personalized to the finest detail. 

Communication was timely and detailed throughout, and everyone involved in the process took a lot of time and effort to answer our dozens of questions and explain anything we were uncertain about. Sherry went out of her way took extra care in regards to my nickel allergy, and worked with her suppliers to get me the metal that was safe for everyday wear for extremely sensitive skin.

We loved our wedding bands so much that we ended up ordering three additional matching pieces. All of them turned out gorgeous and 100% unique, and I am getting a ton of compliments from everyone. 

Absolutely do go talk to Royal - you will get amazing treatment, great pricing, and unmatched quality.

This is by far the best value for your money. I had been wanting a custom designed trendy rose gold, diamond, and Morganite ring, and had priced around at many stores. Some of the other stores tried to trick you with lower prices, but I have a lot of jewelry and know the difference in the quality! Don't be fooled! The ring Sherry made for me was very high quality, and I have gotten countless compliments on it. 

I also want to mention that I needed this in a hurry because I wanted to wear it at a certain event, and they worked with me to get it to me in to weeks! Everyone was so helpful, and I can't thank them enough for my beautiful ring. I wish I could post a picture!

They are super friendly and honest. I went to the mart and purchased a gift last year for my fiance and I recently went to their Buckhead location and bought my fiance a custom made engagement ring for Christmas.  Both times they have offered the best value and service.  I would never shop with anyone else because I trust them so much. My fiance loves her ring.  They deliver on their promise. I highly recommend them. I love Sherri's unique designs.

Working with Royal Design was a great experience for the purchase of my engagement ring.  Sherry and the rest of the team made the process very hassle free!  Since I was having the setting custom made, they were able to show me in a couple different formats along the way and allowed me to make any changes necessary prior to building the actual ring.  The end product is amazing, the diamonds are of top quality and the detail of the custom work is very evident.  I appreciated everything Sherry did to make me feel comfortable with this big purchase.  We will certainly be back to purchase our wedding bands here as well as any future custom jewelry work, we could not have gotten such an amazing quality ring for the price anywhere else.  Thanks to everyone at Royal Design!
