I have been taking my 🐕 here his whole life 7 years. Don't let the inside fool you. It might be an old building and they might sell books inside and Nick nacks. But they are the best damn grommers in town. Sue and Linda really care about your little furry loved ones! And critter oil(that they make and sell in-house) is freaking amazing and had some fun and interesting uses out side of being the best pet shampoo ever!  And they have a wonderful seliction of natural pretty food and  other great stuff for pets. Ask about the green good for pet wounds! Great just great place. Fluffy Puddles loves going for bath time to see his anuntie Linda. He literally freaks out and gets excited when I tell him he's going to go get a bath and to see anutite Linda!

I chose this business due to its decent reviews and location close to my home. Just moved from Clearwater to St. Pete. Against my own judgement I left my pup anyway.
This place has no rhyme or reason. Book shelves to the left, products to the right. Very dirty. It is carpeted and obviously do not own a vacuum. If they live at their business ok that's acceptable, they are closed Wednesday and Sunday. Clean the place up. It is so dirty and dusty. They may live like that but I don't and neither does my pup. 
The grooming area, oy! Scary! The walls and all, I do mean all the kennels are covered in hair and dust. How do you , how can you run a business and not clean up?
I dropped my pup off at about 8:30-9am on a Saturday, was told pick up time is 5pm. They would call when he was ready. I received no phone call all day. I showed up at 4pm. He still had not been done??????????
We were indecisive should we just take him (pup) and go, or wait? Something was screaming at me take him, take him!!! I needed my pup groomed so I left and ran a quick errand. Then it hit me. He has been in that cold metal cage no towel no blanket no water for 8 hours? I picked him up and he could not use the potty fast enough. OF COURSE he was locked up all day. Btw, they have a sign on their front door, if they have to pick up after a dog there is an additional fee. I understand the kennel part but DAM at least throw a towel or blanket so they aren't sitting in that cold hard metal cage putting them under extreme stress. 
They had one person 1 ONE person grooming almost 50 dogs. Get more people for that many dogs.  
And here is the best part they knicked the hell out of my pup.
I would NOT reccomend this place. 
If you ever walk in to a business and something doesn't feel right, trust that feeling and turn around and leave.

Took my BIG yellow lab in for a much needed trimming and basic destinkification. Found the staff and owner to be VERY knowledgeable and very good at what they do.

They know all the ins and outs of the natural side of pet life. Many problems are caused by the processed foods and other substances our animals come in contact with.

Am not good at leaving my dog anywhere and he is not good at being caged, but everything went amazingly smooth and well.

Price was very reasonable, such that I won't need to wait as long next time to keep my boy all neat and trim.

VERY happy, up one side and down the other. Am looking forward to trying the home remedy they told me of, (not SOLD me, but TOLD me) for my boy's chronic cough.

Very good feeling in the place, all the animals were calm, place smelled right.

Happy day today, found my new groomer.
