Use CAUTION when choosing to store here. There’s been several thefts of personal items stored at this facility over the past several weeks. The authorities have been notified. The owner has been aware of the thefts but has not notified clients of the thefts and has not taken any steps to deter future thefts from happening. Bad business practices!
Rt 22 Self Storage is the best value I could find in the area to store my rv. The owner is super nice and knows most of his long term tenants. Access is easy. I have a 33' trailer and have never had issues getting in and out.
Not only are they rude but they practice deceptive business practices. We were told explicitly that if we rented long time that EVERY fourth month would be free. Now they say that they meant that only the FIRST fourth month was free. When we challenged them on this matter, they threatened to lock us out. I agree with Jerry -- avoid this business at all costs
Very nice facility. Clean, well maintained, and well-lit. The rental fees are very reasonable. Great people to deal with. Definitely would recommend.
I have been using Route 22 storage for years and they have great customer service and are very accommodating. In addition, the facility is very well maintained. Strongly recommend.
Do not use this place. Too many other good facilities in the area with great customer service. Extremely rude.
