I wish I could give 0 stars.  I have been to this location before, rented from them, and purchased propane from them.  Service has been good overall.  The problem is the U-haul, not this particular store.  But this is the store I called, so they get the bad review.  

I needed to rent a trailer for less than a 24 hour period.  Everything was going fine until they needed to know the vehicle I would be towing the trailer with.  I was told that I could not rent a trailer if I would be towing it with a Ford Explorer older than 2009.  The reason was due to a pending lawsuit with U-haul involving a Ford Explorer.  This is a completely unacceptable excuse.  As an ASE certified Master Technician, I can assure you that the problem was due to user error or a maintenance error on U-Haul's part.  To screw over people that own a particular vehicle, the particular make and model having nothing to do with the problem, because of a single issue is absolutely ridiculous.  I even called U-Haul's customer service line and was put on hold to talk to a manager until the line disconnected.  

I will never deal with U-Haul ever again.  I would gladly pay more to someone else just so this ridiculous company loses my business forever.

This is the best trailer/truck rental location I have ever used.  Emmnitt and his team take a personal approach to their customers.  This location stands above other U0Hauls locations I have used.
