New Post 5/23/18: Ruby - Appreciate you for reaching out to me promptly and understanding my concerns, which showed that the owner is responsive to customer views. Thanks for issuing a refund for the same. Earlier Post: Went there for a haircut recently for the first time on May 20th. Experience was not good as the hair stylist though she was trying her best to cut my hair, was quite obviously more of a trainee and was getting directions at times from her colleague on how to cut, and during the final phase the senior colleague had to step over.. The final result was not a good one and below my expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless I hear otherwise from the owner as to why they could not do a simple men's hair cut the right way.. ( Note: I am all for newbie's being trained to cut hair, but in that case you need full time or half time supervision guidance preferably more in hair cutting school and then graduate them to a regular salon. You do not give on the job training on customers...you will only loose them. This is also not good for the newbie hair dresser as the pressure is more and they will end up doing errors..pls avoid unless they redress this.

The worst salon ever - do not come here! I just walked out after waiting more than 40 minutes for a simple eyebrow threading that would take 5 minutes for them to do. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, they did not even acknowledge that I was there or ask me what appointment I came in for; instead, I got random bouts of eye contact and subsequent walking away without a single word spoken to me, even an apology or an estimated time in which they would get to me, in 40 minutes. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience here and I will not be coming back again.
