Their crooks! I bought my girlfriend a white gold and diamond ring and took it there to get it resized and he stole the whole bottom half of the band and welded Steele back to it to replace it  and I took it to a different jeweler and they said that half of it is gone and is not even a good job the ring isn't round anymore, so my advice is their not honest don't risk getting something different then what you brought in
