Amazing staff and management. Ill run out of characters trying to describe the "above and beyond" customer service experience at Bay Diamond Importers. 

In the past, other stores always felt pushy. Not these guys...I originally came in to just browse, but became a customer quickly due to the friendliness of the staff and management. You can find great deals/specials which are very affordable, youll be happily surprised at the quality and price of whatever your looking for. Dont be afraid to tell them your price range. They are very helpful, and again not pushy salesmen one bit. 

Ive now been in a 2nd time to purchase a mothers day necklace. Once again A+++ service from entire staff. 

They have earned a lifetime customer, I will not shop anywhere else.

I stopped in Bay Diamond Importers as a bit of a random stop on my way to Best Buy. I fully expected to buy my engagement ring purchase online through some of the major diamond sites. At first impression, it seemed like a pretty modest store and I figured I'd be out of there in a few minutes. Manager Anthony Aguilar was able to win my business away from the online stores. His hard work to find the rock I wanted, bringing in multiple stones for me to evaluate on more than one occasion really showed his dedication to putting me first. He is really knowledgeable about the stones and has a good eye. He responded to late night texts and emails (surprisely) and picked things up on his off days to make sure I wasn't waiting too long. I couldn't ask for more out of a sales manager. I bought both my diamond and setting from Bay Diamond. They made a custom ring for me based on a couple sketches and pictures that I'm very happy with and at a very competitive price.

Do yourself a favor and check them out. It will speed things up if you do your homework first so you know what (approximately) you're looking for. Also, it's good to know what diamond certifications you're okay with or not and how they impact pricing. While Bay Diamond isn't going to be the cheapest out of the gate, they'll work with you on price. Just remember that you're paying for the service too and they need to make a profit as well, so don't expect to get some crazy pricing you might see online. That said, I was happy to work with them and the small premium they charged was well worth it to me to be able to see the stone ahead of time vs waiting to mail things back and forth in the mail. Give them a shot.  You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Super service! I brought in a picture of a ring design that i saw in an advertisement , Anthony had it made for me in under one week and it looked better than in the ad. I will definitely be back again for my anniversary.
