Horrible evening! 5 orders of food was terrible and none of us could eat our food. We all left hungry and with no reason to take any of the leftovers home, we just had the server take our plates away. The service was terrible as well, while making all kinds of excuses to us for the bad food. One of the dinners came out late after all the rest of us were almost finished eating & then brought the wrong food. It took 25 minutes to get a glass of wine. The bartender was very rude to us after he was told we were waiting for a long time. He was very loud in front of everyone in the restaurant, while telling my friend she was cutoff and then he said ( "not really" ) he was very unprofessional. For the money they want for the food and service, I would rather cook my own and have it cooked right and with flavor. I don't recommend it to anyone

Super amazing steak. I always have a great meal. DON'T ORDER THE CRAB LEGS. They say it's a pound it was barely a leg and junk parts.

I love the food at ruby river but tonight the service was terrible! First they called our name, but seated someone else. When we told them, they seated us in the area where you wait for a table. The table was dirty. When we asked for it to be cleaned, the girl was rude. We ended up leaving and eating at Texas Roadhouse instead. The people there were awesome, and so was the food!

We had a wonderful dinner with our daughter and granddaughter. It was my husbands birthday.  Good service wonderful food. It's a good place to make memories.

Jeff was our amazing waiter. He was very accommodating, personable and attentive. Our steaks were cooked and seasoned to perfection. My husband loves the jacketed baked potatoes and my wedge salad was very crisp and fresh. We got coconut shrimp for an appetizer. It did not dissapoint. The shrimp were huge and the orange dipping sauce was delicious. We also love the root beer. We will definitely go there again, and if you go, ask for Jeff!
