Service was great and friendly. I had a poor steak but our waitress made it more than right and send me home with another steak, which was wonderful. We always enjoy our dinner at Ruby s.

No wait to be seated. Waiter was prompt, very nice, attentive. Food was served hot, salmon was NOT overcooked (always a major plus in my book).

Ordered take out for dinner. Portions we're generous. Fresh, nice presentation. Staff reviewed order with me when I picked it up and made sure that it was completed to my satisfaction. Pleasantly surprised.

We went there for my friend's birthday. He ordered the lobster tail and steak, it took a little longer because what we appreciate it was the manager did not accept the tail that was delivered the first time so she had them remake a new one for him and we really appreciated that. They took care of his very well our food was wonderful and the server was fantastic very polite very on point. And at the end of the dinner he was given an ice cream sundae to top it off it turned out to be a good dinner

Great food. Not so impressed with other locations around the country but this one is allways great.
