I'm a vegan, there were no vegetarian options on the menu let alone vegan items except the salad bar. I found a piece of ham in the stir fry broccoli and cheese in the balsamic salad dressing. All of that is because of the way salad bar is set up but the staff were kind enough to get me fresh items from the back which I very much appreciated! Unfortunately my friends food was cold and although they made her a fresh one all the issues resulted in my rating. My salad was amazing despite the setbacks but the service was slow

Not as good as other Ruby Tuesday's. The burgers here are okay, the fries are the most incredibly salty things ever to have graced my mouth. What really brought the mark down was the terrible service. We asked for a high chair twice and none came, despite being promised one. I saw a high chair het put at the table next to us and thought they had messed up, so took that. It was sadly for someone else, but they got another and were fine. We ordered 5 water and one beer. We initially got 4 waters, 19 minutes later the beer came. Another 20 minutes later, still no water and we had asked for it twice! My husband went and found our server and asked again. We finally got it more than 5 minutes later. She dumped it on the table and walked off, having still not taken our order. She eventually decided we might need to eat and came back to take our order. The wait was a bit long, but okay, nothing like the wait for water or a high chair. We were done for quite some time, around 15/20 minutes before we managed to ask her for the check. Out water had not been offered to refilled at any point. We have eaten at other Ruby Tuesday's and had a good time, this one is best avoided.

First time at this establishment .... won't be back  customer service is horrible. I'm from a northern state  were establishments want all their  guests to be happy. Food was ordered and a member  of my party didn't like it and the manager wouldn't  take  it back so we could order an item for the same value. Their only solution  was to order another meal and pay for 2 meals.  Needless  to say we won't be back.

Have always had a good experience at Ruby Tuesday's, but lunch at the one on Virginia Ave. in Hapeville on Sunday was not one of them. Besides the shrimp not being fresh and not tasting good, they up-sold me on the Bloody Mary I ordered without consulting me first. By her own admission, our waitress told me they offer 5 or 6 different brands of vodka, which do not add to the price of the drink. Instead, the bartender used Absolut brand and charged a dollar more. It may be better, but I didn't request it. Will be a long time before I go back, if I ever do.
