My husband and I feel like we have a private executive assistant available to us 24 hours a day with Arlene Brantley of Rudi Steele Travel when it comes to traveling. But, more than her expertise and valued advice, she has become a friend who shares her own travel experiences and she plans our extraordinary travel.  She is the Queen of Organization and Resources!  Arlene has been planning our family's trips for almost 12 years from family cruises to private get-a- ways for just my husband and me. Her follow up and "welcome back" texts always greet us when we arrive back home.  Arlene knows what we like and dislike and plans our adventures that have always been A+!  Her creativity, her own worldwide travel, and her eye for detail is what makes her so invaluable in the travel world!

I stopped in to this travel agent as I wanted to purchase a ticket for a trip to Europe, Africa and the Indian Ocean.  Without learning anything about me they dismissed me stating that they ONLY work with established clients.  I was so surprised to be turned away since they knew nothing about me that I re-asked  my question.  It was again clarified they weren't interested in working with me so I asked for a referral.  The response they gave was that I call American Airlines.  Even I know  that AA  does not travel to my destination of La Reunion Island.  
I have the budget, the interest and the time to have become one of their customers,  but I'm not looking to be insulted and devalued.   They need to learn a thing or two about customer service.  (and apparently about the flights offered by major airline carriers.)  I should have paid more attention to the previously posted negative review, but I expected more from a business headquartered in the high dollar rent area.   I wont be going back there.
