Organized the lodging for our youth soccer tournament, directions were completely unclear (more for their typical client, universities, collegiate conferences, etc.) and I called twice to confirm I would not get charged for other families rooms'. I got charged for no-shows for several families, in spite of my constant questions to the company, Surprise, they can't find the phone call records, and their customer service is surly, at best. Unless your organizers are professional event planners DO NOT USE this company, they are completely unhelpful to parent volunteers, the vast majority of youth sports.

My wife changed the booking to postpone the check-in by one day but their system apparently never got the information. When we arrived at the hotel our reservation was cancelled and we were charged no-show fees. We complained but never got reimbursed. This was the worst costumer service I have received for the last 2,5 years I have been living in USA.
