I usually don't write reviews but strongly caution everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible as they are CROOKS. Even the airlines said their practices are FRAUDULENT & are KNOWN for that.  Booked our tickets for Nigeria through them and when I can say it was the worst possible experience ever. 1st didn't have me and my spouse departing from Nigerian on the same day, nor instructed either of us of the scenario. Missed my flight back to the states due to this and incurred a $350 penalty. But this wasn't the worst part. My spouse arrived back in the States with no money and thinking she was at her final destination, these crooks booked an extra leg to the flight so her bags were in route to another state. Having to call friends to raise the money for another ticket so she could go get her bags, as she missed her flight, and then back to our home state cost an extra $700. The same thing happened to my ticket as well, and the story gets better they didn't even book the end tickets to the same location, so if my spouse and I flew together and followed the route we would've been in 2 different states as our final stop. I as well had to book a one-way ticket back to our home state.

An awful experience and will NEVER use again.I question how such a poorly ran company as this( African Travel Service) has managed to stay in business, far less continue their operations.We experienced a total lack of professionalism, communication,, runaround, countless delays and failure to follow-up with clients.Due to name error on itinerary( middle name for last name) flight was missed due to not matching license and plane ticket.This was brought to the attention of one of the African Travel Service employees three days prior to flight departure.And he insisted that it wouldn't cause any problems because the actual ticket was correct with name.Well he misinformed us and it was a problem and due to this name error, was not allowed to board flight .Totally Unacceptable !!!!.So angry.
 And yes we were at DFW four hours prior to our flight leaving.DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

best experience ever great customer service fast great new management highly recommend this place for all my college students on a billionaire /school budget also does payment plans   great shipping and have great deals found them on groupon

This place is Dead!!! Unserious bunch of people !!no regard for client. treated like piece of rubbish!!! Very unprofessional lots both female male and the overall boss... Do business with this bunch of People at your own Risk!!!! Bringing bad name to Nigerians abroad.. you need to close down and be selling Fufu... May You be unhappy the way you have made us unhappy with your Service... unreliable lotssss...Lost money and time dealing with this People!!!!
