Literally EVERY time I call the office, they are the most helpful, friendly, patient, and understanding people! I've been through many firsts with insurance and state farm has really been there by my side

Had been a state farm member for most of my life.  Moved to Greenville and picked Mr. Ables out of the phone book.
My wife drives less than 2500 miles per year without a ticket or an accident in 38 years..  Had to fight to get a low rate for her.  Then another state farm driver hits my wife's car.  The other person is at fault and that person's State Farm pays out.
Meanwhile, my insurance almost doubles.  Mr. Ables tells me there is nothing he can do for me when both parties are State Farm.
Switched my home, (2) auto's, and umbrella coverage to another company.  Saving almost 30%.
Would strongly urge people to shop around.  You are probably over paying.
Lastly, I get flyers from Mr. Ables 3-4 times per year professing savings.  I guess that is the personal touch in not knowing your client base.

Thank you Rudy Ables and everyone in the office!! These guys found a discount on my car insurance I hadn't been getting with my previous State Farm agent in Greenville, SC. Not only will I now be saving well over $100 each year, but they refunded me for the amount of discount I should have been receiving for the past 4 years! A check came in the mail 2 days ago written out to me for $353!! I like an insurance agent who pays me rather than the other way around. These guys are great!
