If you have never been here while in Galveston, you have to. It is incredible and the food amazing. Service is always first class and Paco, the owner, makes time to visit each table to be sure his patrons are happy. Everything on the menu is fabulous. I love the escargot and the crab cakes for appetizers and then take your pick on the entrees. You won't be disappointed not matter what you choose.

Some of the best customer service (and food) on the island! I have frequented Rudy & Paco's for years (more than a decade). It's one of our go-to spots for business lunches on the island, as well as nice dinners. Today I had a business lunch there and had a problem with my order. Juan (Paco's son) who helps run the place went above and beyond to make it right, with an A+ solution. I wish more restaurants would recognize the importance of customer service like you guys do. You will have my business for life. Well done guys.

Delicious, on of the last truly high quality restaurants in general but especially on Galveston. No loud music, good atmosphere with amazing food from appetizer to dessert. Fresh fish all the time!

It's difficult to do justice to how good the food is, as it's almost certainly the best dining experience I've ever had. The food was perfectly cooked for everybody in our party (and we had over 20 people), and the service was impeccable. They gave us the history of the restaurant and were introduced to Paco himself, who was very friendly and eager to serve. 5 stars and well deserved!

Food and service was great. Loved that the waiter shared the owners story from dish washer to restaurateur. I understand why the place wants to protect the brand with a dress code. The dress code is stated during reservation, on the website, and reiterated when the restaurant calls to confirm.
