They serve New York style pizza. I don't really care for it. Their Pizza is thin crusted with not a lot of sauce or toppings. They also have garlic knots and cinnamon knots available. They do have very spicy options and mac and cheese pizza available. It's a very small shop. You order at the display case in front of the kitchen and it takes a long time even just to get a piece of pizza that's precooked and just needs to be heated up.

I've gotten pizza by the slice a few times. It's consistently good, and the service has been great- friendly, helpful people who want to help you with your order and talk to you about your day. They also have gluten free options, so I've brought my celiac's friend here twice and she loves it. This place is small, which has been fine for the times I was there, but I wouldn't try to go if it was busy.

I love Ruffrano’s Calzones! If you haven’t stopped by and tried them, you are missing out! Their pizzas are great, too! In the heart of Manitou, it’s a great place for lunch! Prices are good, too!

Service/pizza was very slow which was pretty disappointing. The pizza I ordered looked decent, but realized once I got it that it was made hours prior and it did not reheat well. Knots were delicious. Salad was nothing special.

I gave this three stars because it keeps getting removed??? Waited three hours on delivery my large pizza had three pieces of sausage, very little cheese, full of bubbles with no topping, I pulled one of the very large bubbles off, you are looking at the bottom of the pizza, it's burned, flavorless and has extremely little toppings, this was one of the better pieces. I don't like to complain, but this is what I got. This should be called the big bare bubble pizza. Not much between the toppings and the bottom which had part of the crust bubble pulled off.
