In the past few months this laundry facility has gone down hill. Rest room is not working, several washers and dryers are out of order and vending machines don't work so you have to get drinks and snacks at the front. It's not as clean as it use to be and the prices to wash and dry have gone up.

If you care about your stuff, don't use them for dry cleaning services. I had called earlier in the week informing them I had to go out of town unexpectedly and wouldn't be able to pick up my dresses. I went in on a Sunday to find out they gave my little black lace dress to Goodwill the Thursday before. I asked her why was I not even given a courtesy call. That's when she ever so politely pointed me to the super fine print on the door behind her. Needless to say I won't be be returning.

Stay away unless you don't mind your items being destroyed. I had previous negative experiences, but the most recent was the one that is forcing me to find another cleaners. I turned in a comforter, skirt, and pillow cases early in the day on 3/11/2017 (a Saturday).Although I already knew these items were in perfect condition before going there, I spread it out completely before folding it to turn it in (while I was at my house).There was nothing wrong with it. When I dropped it off, the lady said she needed to look over it before accepting it for dry cleaning. She did and I watched her do it. Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush. Maybe they should change their name to Not-In-A Rush Laundry. She then said she couldn't quote a price yet, but would call me with a price before they cleaned anything. She said it would have to be sent to where the dry cleaning is actually done and those people would provide the price. The next evening I stopped by the place to see if they knew the prices yet. It was a different lady who couldn't find my items, but she called the person whom I turned them in to. That person confirmed that they were sent off, but that nothing would happen with any of the items until they confirmed a price. On 3/14/2017, that Tuesday, at 5:41p.m., I called to find out what the status was. Still no info. On 3/15/2017, at 8:04p.m., I finally got a call and received price quotes: ($30 for comforter, $10 for skirt, and $5 per pillow case).In that amount of time I could've already had the stuff back from another place. The comforter price seemed fine. I thought the skirt price was over-priced (but I could've been wrong), and I thought the pillow cases were also over-priced. I agreed to pay for the both the comforter and the skirt, but not the pillow cases. I asked when I could get everything back by and she said by no later than 3/22/2017, but she'd let me know if they were done sooner. Finally, after not hearing anything more from them, on 3/22/2017 (yesterday), while getting ready to head to the cleaners, I called them to let them know I was on my way. She said something along the lines of, "well, just let to be honest with you, I've been trying to reach you and I left a message for you yesterday (which was not true as my phone would've reflected this)." She said they couldn't do anything with the skirt because they noticed a rip. A rip??? I told her she knew as well as I knew there wasn't a rip in it when I dropped it off. She repeated herself. I said, "Ma'am, don't you recall checking it before you allowed me to turn it in. There was no rips in it." She said she'd talk to me when I got there. I got there and she showed me the skirt. At first she pointed to a part that had a hole that was about the size of my fist. I said THAT WAS NOT THERE. She refused to admit it and said she never opened it up all the way. As we were talking she was opening it up more and I saw ANOTHER hole, but this was at least big enough to fit my whole body through, if not 2 of me. I asked her how she could expect anyone to believe that both her and I overlooked something like that. She was quiet for a second and her eyes got big, but her response was, "I see what it looks like, but just to be honest with you it was already there." She even said similar things about 10 times and she seemed to like using the word honest, but I feel I should've asked her what her definition of the word HONEST was. After seeing that these people are completely dishonest and unaccountable for their mistakes, I left. I got home to find that the comforter had a black mark on it (that I wasn't there before) and it didn't seem to have been cleaned, but was made dirty. I can't find a matching new skirt so I'm out at least a few hundred dollars if I want to have the set replaced. Time to find a new cleaners.

Great washers and dryers. I love the fact that they have an updated debit/credit card machine whereas other laundromats only want cash! Never crowded and the employees are very friendly!
